IBIZA LIGHT FESTIVAL WILL HAVE 12 LIGHTING INSTALLATIONS AND WILL TAKE PLACE IN DALT VILA NEXT 22 AND 23 OCTOBER
Ibiza Light Festival 2021 will have 12 installations in which light and sound will be the protagonists. The festival of art, culture, and technology of Ibiza, celebrates this year 2021 its fifth edition. Titled Inside Out Edition, Ibiza Light Festival will exhibit for two days, in a privileged location in Dalt Vila, the innovative and creative profile of the participating artists, linked to new technologies and the experimental use of light. It will always be done keeping the capacity allowed in two shifts of visits and for this reason, it is necessary to reserve tickets, through the website of the Eivissa City Council www.eivissa.es.
Ibiza Light Festival will have a one-hour tour, leaving from Plaza de España in Dalt Vila, and will cross the seafront of the walled city, at its eastern end, to conclude at the Santa Llúcia bastion. There will be a scheduled tour, divided into 7 zones and a total surface area of 4,500 square meters, with the emblematic buildings and monuments, which will become the setting for the installations made by Improbable Films, Hypnotica, PiroLaser FX, Ataraxia, MadVisuals_*Team , Jordi 8Lasco-L’Imaginari, ACROBATI-K, Victor Vitorino and Pedro Comesaña. As special guests, it is worth highlighting the participation of the founders of the Ledscontrol studio, the artists Rebeca Sánchez and Miquel Clot.
The public will enter through the Plaza de España and will take an organized tour of the 12 facilities that will feature, each with capacity control. The exit will be through the bastion of Santa Llúcia where the visit to the artistic installations ends.
To attend the Ibiza Light Festival, you must reserve entry on the website of the City Council to one of the two-time sections, from 7.30 p.m. to 9.45 p.m. or from 9.45 p.m. to 12.00 p.m., and it will be open both on Friday the 22nd and on Saturday, October 23.
Ibiza Light Festival incorporates for the first time a section of workshops taught by experts in lighting and multimedia creativity and leading technology brands.
