Exhibition in Can Jeroni: Territorio de Ensayo
The Sant Josep City Council receives the exhibition ‘Territorio de Ensayo’ which opens on July 31 at the Can Jeroni Culture Center at 8pm. This exhibition, which has already been visited at the Sa Nostra Culture Center of Palma, of 10 artists from the Balearic Islands, where meet at least two different generations who share multidisciplinary talent in areas such as painting, sculpture, ceramics, design, illustration, architecture, film or photography.
The exhibition includes works by Adrián Cardona and Antònia Torres Tur from Ibiza and Álvaro Mendoza from Formentera. You can also see works by the Menorcan Nuria Román, David del Real and Ana Llorens and the Mallorcan artists Bel Fullana, Joan Ávila, Andreu Maimó and the novel Toni Salom.
The exhibition is defined as “the result of trying not to put limits to the work of each one with a single defining term in their works, observing mature results where traces of styles common to expressionism, figurative and abstract, primitivism, constructivism can be found, naturalism or conceptualism ”, according to its promoters.
It must be remembered that the visit to the exhibition can be done following all the established sanitary measures.
