The Consell Insular d’Eivissa organizes the gastronomic workshop ‘Flowering and harvesting of saffron’ that coincides with the full flowering of saffron in one of the new farms where it is grown.
Saffron is one of the spices traditionally grown on the island in small plots. This Saturday we will have the opportunity to visit a farm in full bloom, collect the flowers and separate the saffron. We will also have a traditional cook who will explain its uses in Ibizan cuisine.
