Discover the terroir of Ibiza in Ibizkus
Every Thursday during the Summer season, Ibizkus and Matthieu Savariaud from the restaurant Es Terral, in collaboration with Sabors d’Eivissa, will offer a menu based on the “Ibicencan Terroir” (Km. 0 products) paired with Ibizkus wines.
The dinner will take place in the winery’s tasting room in a very relaxed environment. Capacity will be limited in order to observe social distancing regulations and reservations are required.
Matthieu will prepare fresh market fare taking advantage of local products: cheeses, fish and fruit and vegetables from our local farmers. Nicolas Benvenuti, master pastry confectioner of the bakery La Mediterránea, will create a selection of mini desserts also based on local ingredients. The different courses will be paired with white, rosé and red wines.
Enlivened by the musician from Ibiza Music Agency, the evening promises to be a gastronomic encounter, both lively and different.
