Ibiza Family Experience: Yoga on the beach
During the yoga session, you can strengthen the muscles, give flexibility to the joints and achieve greater mental calm, managing to feel strong, flexible, agile and other vital in our daily life. Yoga classes offer us the opportunity to achieve a better quality of life, training the body and mind to achieve greater balance and harmony with ourselves, with the environment and with nature.
Each student will have a mat, a block and a yoga belt. All the material will be disinfected before and after each class. If you prefer, you can bring your own mat (recommended). It is necessary to bring comfortable clothes, sun protection, water and a towel. It is also recommended to bring sunglasses and a hat or scarf to protect the head from the sun
Yoga classes will last 75 minutes and are suitable for all audiences. Places are limited to 12 students per class, so you must reserve in advance by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or sending a message to Instagram @vanesacanto_bodymind.
