Project Social is a bar and restaurant in Santa Eulalia, replete with a touch of industrial chic and a scattering of quirky art installations. Situated on a sun-drenched corner near the vehicle gate to Santa Eulalia port, Project Social is serving up a delicious dose of London cool to locals and visitors alike – seven days a week from 9h30 am until 12 am in the week and from 10 am on the weekends
Opened by brother and sister team James and Kate Parfitt, along with their long time colleague Rodrigo da Silva, the collective come directly from celebrated London institutions such as Lost Society (Winner Best Bar Time Out) The Lost Angel (Best Bar Readers Choice Time Out) and Powder Keg Diplomacy. Project Social brings the best of American diner-style food with a London twist to Ibiza, whilst utilising the finest of the island’s produce.
Burgers are king at Project Social. Buns stuffed with a classic beef burger with cheese, pulled pork and slaw, grilled chicken, a cod burger a traditional double beef burger or a sturdy beef patty topped with molten Stilton and a slice of crispy bacon are among the most popular choices. Three vegetarian burgers on rotation and all are available as sliders to share, plus a Beyond Burger. Most of the menu is gluten-free and there are spelt buns or avocado buns are for a vegan tip.
Cocktails are a speciality with seasonal produce used to create old favourites and new combinations. Five ice-cold taps, beer – Ibosim from Ibiza, Complot IPA from Murcia, Moritz from Barcelona, Verna and Punta Este from Murcia – compliment the extensive selection of bottled craft beers from around the world on offer. Every wine on the select list is ecological and/or organic.
